Transport Scenarios
For 27 years, Cathy’s Critter Care has been providing safe, reliable pet transport for pet owners across San Antonio, Schertz, New Braunfels, and the surrounding area. A trained, background-checked handler picks up your pet, transports them where they need to go, and brings them home. You get updates along the way.
One-way transport – We pick up your pet and deliver them to their destination. You handle the return trip yourself, or we come back later for the second leg.
Round-trip transport – Drop-off and pickup on the same day. We either wait at the destination or return at a scheduled time. Best for vet visits and grooming appointments where the appointment length is predictable.
Wait-and-return – We stay at the vet or groomer with your pet during their appointment and bring them home when it is done. Best for appointments under an hour.
Recurring transport – Scheduled weekly or bi-weekly runs for daycare, grooming, or regular vet visits. Same handler, same routine, same time. Your pet knows the drill.
Multi-stop transport – Two pets going to different locations, or one pet with two stops (vet then groomer, for example). We coordinate the schedule so everything lines up.
All pet taxi service runs between 6:30am and 9:00pm daily, 365 days a year.
