Our caregivers shared daily updates while engaging my two cats, innovated play, shared a narrative of the visit and observed the health and wellbeing of them. We were confident in their nurturing and attentive engaged care for the duration. We were alerted when they were in our home and leaving, alerted me to received packages, and more. We are very, very enthused and delighted and grateful for Cathy’s Critter and the team she employs to care for our cats!

We will only use Cathy's Critter care now that we've experienced them! Amanda and Marylou came to the house and made us feel at ease. Thank you for the outstanding care for Spot and Cosmo!

Staff are so nice and accommodating! Very quick and easy communication. We had Michelle as our care-giver and my pets loved her! She sent lots of cute photos every day!

Cathy's Critter Care was a great alternative for my reactive dog to avoid staying at a boarding facility during my out-of-town travel, which is not a good environment for him because he is triggered by other dogs.

Communication with the staff was excellent before and during travel. They came for a site visit beforehand, taking notes on care & feeding instructions. They placed a key box on the door for access. They came on schedule, and texted photos and assessments at each visit. They communicated about necessary changes to the plan. My dog was well cared for with food, fresh water and yard outings to do his business and lay in the sun. The service is more expensive than boarding, but definitely not unreasonable for what is being asked. Importantly, it provides a humane option for looking after my reactive dog when I have to be away from home. I will use them again.

If you have pet sitting needs in the SA area, use Cathy’s Critter Care. They were professional and friendly from start to finish. Our sitter kept in touch with us daily with pictures and left a log of times that visitation occurred. Cannot recommend them enough.

The entire process from scheduling pet sitting, to the meet and greet prior to the first pet sitting appointment, to processing payments is seamless and streamlined. Everyone in the office and the pet sitters are positive and caring about the pets and the pet parents. Each visit includes text visit summary, pet pictures and written notes which keeps me at ease while I’m gone. I highly recommend Cathy’s Critter Care!
